Even though Jay and his wife were "seasoned believers," they took the step to participate in Rooted, a discipleship experience offered at Ventura Missionary Church. Jay says he was blessed by the inciteful sharing that took place their group - that people shared things that he had never thought of.  Check out Jay's story in the video above.

Rooted is a ten-week journey that helps people not only connect with others, but also with God and their purpose. Those who are exploring faith, new to faith, and who have been following Jesus for a long time have all had rich experiences in Rooted. Rooted takes place twice a year.
