We partner with missionaries on the front lines of ministry all over the world as they live and share the transforming love of Jesus. That not only means that we support them through prayer and with finances, but we are serious about coming alongside our missionaries in many other ways as well. In fact, part of our vision is to invest 300,000 hours and $3 million into local and global ministry impact over the next five years. That is why we encourage individuals and small groups to "adopt a missionary" - to reach out to one of our global team members and ask for ways to encourage them and invest in what they are doing.
What Does It Look Like to Partner With Missionaries?
Just some of the ways groups and individuals have partnered with our missionaries include:
*Specific ways to give to some of our missionaries are identified on their Adopt a Missionary cards.
- Teams have gone to Mexico, Latvia, Nigeria, and the Philippines to serve in practical ways and to encourage those who serve on a daily basis.
- One small group engaged online with our missionaries in India, and subsequently provided seating needed for bible studies there.
- Many in the church have sent practical ministry resources, as well as tangible basic needs for children in the Philippines.
- Our school classes adopt our missionaries and engage with, pray for, and support them.
- Groups and individuals have encouraged our missionaries on the birthdays and anniversaries (these dates are provided on our Adopt a Missionary cards in our lobby).
- Individuals and groups have invested financially. In addition to your regular giving, you can support many of the missionaries* below by noting "Missions and Outreach" on your check, bill pay through your bank, or through your online giving.
